AI Engineer

We are an international healthcare company, and our office in Vilnius is set to be part of the development of our newly established AI division.

We don’t just use AI—we build it. Whether it’s intelligent automation, generative models, or real-time decision systems, your work will power the next generation of products and experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI-powered features.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and speed in production environments.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest in AI technologies.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring (if senior-level).

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in Python and popular AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and model training pipelines.
• Experience deploying models into production (e.g., using Docker, REST APIs, cloud services like. AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI (e.g., LLMs, GANs) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Bonus Points For:

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
• Publications, hackathon wins, or Kaggle achievements.
• Experience with reinforcement learning, multimodal AI, or edge deployment.
