B2B Sales Manager (parcel logistics services)

Our client  – Venipak (www.venipak.com) is an internationally operating company for more than 17 years providing express parcel delivery services and other logistic solutions in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Nordic countries, Germany, China and US. Company is an active participant in the expansion of the parcel delivery market, and by dedicating a lot of attention to long-term links with clients it ensures the highest quality of service. Every day Venipak delivers more than 71.000 packages for more than 7000 corporate clients.

At the moment we are looking for an experienced b2b sales professional capable of taking the position of B2B Sales Manager at our company branch in Warsaw. The person will be responsible for expanding a customer network in Poland and maximising sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives.

  • Building and expanding Venipak business customers network in Poland
  • Providing local and international door-to-door, first and last mile parcel delivery and airfreight logistics solutions for b2b costumers on the market
  • Networking with potential clients and developing long-term relationships
  • Providing help and support to the clients to meet the needs and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Leading negotiations with the clients to help with current and potential challenges
  • Maintaining a consistent feedback from the market regarding versatility, quality and reputation of Venipak services
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes

  • Successful experience in b2b sales (3+ years) in field of logistics services
  • Strong negotiation skills, B2B sales skills
  • Persistence and strong result orientated attitude
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with partners, customers and other departments in the company
  • Knowledge of parcel shipping market and its specific nature would be an advantage
  • Responsibility, interpersonal skills, integrity, strategical and structural thinking and ability to react rapidly to changes
  • Perfect English language skills
