Business Development Manager

Our client – Venipak Holding ( is an internationally operating company for more than 15 years providing express parcel delivery services and other logistic solutions in West and Nordic Europe, China and US. Company is an active participant in the expansion of the parcel delivery market, and by dedicating a lot of attention to long-term links with clients it ensures the highest quality of service. Every day Venipak delivers more than 49.000 packages for more than 6000 corporate clients.

At the moment we are looking for an experienced B2B ambassador capable of taking the position of Business Development Manager. The person will be responsible for developing Venipak ground logistics chain services in Poland and Finland.

  • Lead an international logistics development projects to meet the organizations expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
  • Maximize company profits and ensure service quality at the branches you supervise
  • Work closely with international management team to support a wide range of business development activities, including channel partner network development, pricing strategy formulation and service requirements in assigned region
  • Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization’s and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the Venipak Group
  • Oversee the operations of multiple office and business branches
  • Guide, train and manage lower-level management and supervisors
  • Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration and head of business development
  • Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for planning and execution of regional development goals

  • 5+ years’ international B2B relations development experience as Execution, Sales or Process development manager
  • Proven track record managing multiple office and business branches
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a solid financial skillset
  • Track record of superior performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Willing to have constant business trips
  • Willing to take on additional tasks as required
