As a Risk Analyst you will:

  • Analyse debt collection process and strategies to ensure data-driven effective and cost-efficient portfolio management
  • Design and maintain reporting system for monitoring loan behaviour/debt collection operations and KPI’s on regular basis
  • Analyse and segment client database based on collections strategies, create rules and algorithms for collections and operations teams
  • Test and monitor different debt management strategies (A/B testing and similar approaches)
  • Create and manage pricing models for recovered vehicle sales
  • Prepare high quality ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
  • Suggest solutions for improving data quality and accessibility

  • 2+ years experience in risk management, debt collection or loan behaviour analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-slowing skills
  • Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or related discipline
  • Great SQL and Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-management
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to take ownership and be data-driven, solution oriented and flexible to deal with various tasks
