Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Export Manager to lead sales process ENGINEER electrical panels export projects. The ideal candidate will have experience selling similar product to European customers, managing export activities of electrical and control panels product group as well as excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage export-oriented day-to-day sales activities (engineering and automation projects) from initiation to delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for international clients and partners
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and procurement
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risks
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and client updates
- Support international business development and assist with proposal preparation
- Ensure projects comply with client specifications, industry standards, and company quality guidelines
- Travel occasionally to client sites across Europe as needed
Requirements
- Proven 3+ years B2B sales experience in industrial automation, engineering products, or technical services in foreign markets
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written); other languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities
- Experience with international clients and export processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with industrial automation, electrical engineering, or control systems is a strong asset
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

- Base salary of 3600- 4200 EUR (before taxes)
- Performance-based commission (quarterly paid)
