We’re currently looking for a Head of Digital Media to manage the department of digital media specialists and to develop best digital advertising solutions. The role will be responsible for digital branding and performance digital areas within the department. Intro:

We are looking for a leader, an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of clients’ businesses and drive growth opportunities.

The team: the entire digital team in Lithuania consists of around 60 digital marketers in Lithuania: Digital Planners, Project Managers, Digital Strategists, PPC Specialists and etc. Your role will cover integration of digital media planning specialists (Facebook, Google, local and other digital media channels’ experts), into one team with clear vision and constant growth mindset.

  • Create and implement digital media middle office team vision together with C level managers.
  • Manage team of 10+ digital media specialists.
  • Build digital media specialists’ structure, by identifying needed resources (people, competences, tools, …).
  • Optimize and refine team processes.
  • Foresee and plan team growth areas.
  • Take responsibility for 7M€+ yearly digital media investments.
  • Consult biggest clients on most difficult cases related digital performance and branding campaigns.
  • Work with partners (media channels and tools providers) to keep whole team up-to-date with evolving digital media ecosystem.
  • Consult digital media strategists and account managers on strategic level cases.
  • Implementation overview of digital media planning innovations and tools.
  • Initiate pan-Baltic cooperation projects across digital media teams.
  • Implement Comapny’s inside projects and initiatives together with Financial, HR, Administration departments.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of all current advertising ecosystems with practical experience.
  • 2+ years experience in digital media team lead, team manager or similar position.
  • Experience with automated digital media optimization tools, especially in e-commerce category.
  • Understanding of main motivation drivers of digital media specialists.
  • Willingness to work with people and build open minded culture among team members.
  • Ability to plan and implement long-term projects.
  • Understanding media agencies business model and passion to evolve.
  • Proven track record of handling large scale digital media accounts.
