We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to develop and implement effective communication and marketing strategies for our growing brand portfolio in Vilnius, Riga, Prague and Dublin. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully executing marketing and communication campaigns.
This role involves managing all aspects of marketing and communication initiatives internationally, ensuring effective teamwork, overseeing partnerships, and leading our programming school to become the top choice in Lithuania and foreign markets.
The Marketing Team:
Our in-house marketing team consists of three dedicated professionals: a web administrator, a graphic designer, and a social media specialist. They collaborate to maintain our digital presence, create engaging content, and manage online communication. The team is dynamic and hands-on, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business goals. In the near future, we plan to expand by adding a PPC specialist to further enhance our digital marketing strategy.

We aim to set new standards in digital engagement, storytelling, and community building—making our bootcamp the go-to destination for career transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies for both existing and newly established brands.
- Manage digital marketing channels, with the majority of the budget allocated to Google and Meta.
- Create market entry plans.
- Oversee the digital content team and monitor third-party collaborations.
- Manage media relations and PR activities, including press releases, outreach, and media monitoring.
- Analyze market trends to provide insights for the enhancement of existing products and the development of new offerings.
- Approve content plans and strategies for social media platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and manage the marketing and communications budget to ensure efficiency and optimal performance.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and communication efforts (ROI, ROAS).
What We Expect:
- A successful track record in marketing and communications, with a focus on digital marketing channels and experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to segment customer audiences and develop tailored marketing and communication strategies for different markets.
- Hands-on experience in managing performance marketing channels (experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn advertising tools is a significant advantage).
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage timelines, scopes, and budgets.
- A data-driven mindset combined with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, execution, and growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to manage and delegate tasks to marketing agencies, maximizing their contributions.
- Experience in the education or technology sector is a strong plus.
