We are in search for a colleague with ambition to join the creation process of a new bank. We need someone who can help with development of DWH and reporting. At the moment there’s little to zero legacy support and almost all that we’re doing is related to new development and R&D, while we’re creating new versions of software required for the bank and its customers.


There are 9 people working in the IT department at the moment (CTO, PO, SW Architect, Devs). As we are expanding, we’re looking for more colleagues to come to the team and strengthen it. The IT team will grow by 4 new members in upcoming months.


  • Support the Banking Business team to define, analyze, and prioritize the features and functionality of key digital banking platforms
  • Analyze issues and enhancements with the end-users for the appropriate course of action
  • Gather technical requirements and draft designs (if applicable) to clearly define issues, assumptions, goal of the project, etc
  • Consolidate and synthesize requirements and information
  • Collaborate on the project development with PM and Project team
  • Working with QA by helping them understand the requirements in order to create proper test cases

  • Global mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in performing general data mining activities (will be considered as an advantage)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Has experience and understanding of Core Banking and Digital Banking products including accounts, deposits, loans, cards, and payments  (SEPA/SWIFT payments, P2P)
  • Solid understanding of WEB, HTML, CSS, JS and WEB API principles
  • Solid PC Skills: Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio , etc
