Junior Construction Project Manager

At the moment our client company is looking for an experienced real estate development specialist who as a Junior Construction Project Manager will have an important role in further development of real estate projects in Lithuania.

Role:

• Participate in all stages of real estate projects development:
  • design and planning
  • technical solutions
  • schedules
  • documentation
  • cooperation with state institutions and enterprises
  • construction processes
• Be a part of the project team to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of projects within the established budgets and timeframes
• As a Junior Construction Project Manager participate in preparing project budgets and calendar work schedules
• Assist managers in planning resources required for the implementation of projects: forming project teams, organising tenders for contractors and subcontractors, carrying out negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Coordinate actions and interests of different project participants, represent the company before state institutions
• Report on the status of projects and problems to the company’s management, suggest and find possible solutions

Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of work experience in real estate development, construction projects management
• Be organized and be able to contribute to a team of experienced construction professionals
• Know the construction documentation, processes and work technologies
• Be interested in concepts of sustainable construction technologies and innovations
• Have excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
• Have good computer skills
