Bentley Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a .NET Developer who is enthusiastic about leveraging bleeding-edge technologies to develop iTwin Platform which combines multiple Bentley products into unified platform with mission to support developers as they create and bring to market innovative digital twin solutions. iTwin platform is an open, scalable cloud platform that provides APIs and services to help developers create digital twin applications for project teams and owner-operators to create, visualize, and analyze digital twins of infrastructure assets. Our new colleague will take part in all the development stages of this platform, leveraging the latest DevOps and agile methodologies and the latest cloud technologies.

The iTwin Synchronization team: As a .NET Developer you will be joining iTwin Synchronization team of 20+ engineers around the globe. We have many experienced full stack and backend developers, QA engineers, product managers. Everybody has their own area of expertise and yours would be designing moderate complexity technical solutions, defining backend API endpoints, writing them in .NET/C# code, setting up deployment on Microsoft Azure using containers or other standard deployment methods, ensuring high quality standards with automated tests.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a team in an agile, continuous integration and continuous delivery software development process.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining features, products, or web solutions with the latest technologies.
• Integrating various cloud services into our product.
• Delivering value to thousands of users every day.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in software development.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English language.
• Self-motivated person willing to work with cutting-edge technologies.
• Strong knowledge in creating back-end web services (REST) with .NET Core.
• Working with cloud systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud).

Desirable Skills:

• Databases (SQL, NoSQL, document databases).
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (e.g., Azure DevOps, Octopus).
• RESTful backend web services.
• Git or another version control system.
• High personal code/development standards and practices (unit testing, code reviews).

• Salary for this position ranges from 3500 to 4950 EUR gross for mid role and 4950 – 6700 EUR gross for sr. role.
