Our hiring process:
We aim to engage candidates in a way that makes the process interesting and meaningful for them — helping them grow while also allowing us to improve.
We start with an Intro call on Teams, during which we get to know each other and complete a short task together . Then we invite you to visit our office in person. If everything goes well, we make an offer to join us. We’ve noticed that doing a task together live is much more engaging for candidates than homework assignments, so we believe you’ll enjoy our process, which consists of only 2 interviews.
Must (Current stack):
SOLID, .NET Framework (C#), MS SQL (Advanced level), WinForms, MVC.
Soft Skills: Ownership, Innovative, Positive attitude, Respect.
Our environment:
Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD, Automated Tests, Visual Studio, Windows, Lenovo, ScrumBan -> Scrum (going towards)
Advantages (Future stack):
.NET /7/8; MS SQL/ PostgreSQL/ SQLite / .Net Maui/, Android (undecided), WPF/ Avalonia UI, Design Patterns (at least learn Strategy pattern before interview)
Useful skills (just if you have interest in these technologies):
C++, Sybase, SQLite, Embedded development
