The company identifies business change opportunities through a customer experience mindset and empowers the clients to develop products and services with critical thinking and human-centered design.
We’re currently looking for a Sr. Account Manager with a curious mind – someone who not only has experience in managing digital/ creative projects, but who can also lead a conversation centered around the latest marketing/ branding solutions for modern business needs. Above all else, you must be passionate about building and maintaining relationships with both clients and the internal team, and be an excellent and timely communicator and team lead to move your own and your team’s projects plans through to completion.


The team of Critical consists of 20 members. You will the highly anticipated 21st member of the team.


You will work 1 client only and it’s a very well known international brand.

CRITICAL is looking for a new member to join the creative team!

The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4+ years of previous successful experience in account and project management. You would play as a team lead and take full account ownership with the creative in-house team. As a professional, you would apply your innovative thinking to solving any problems. You will work with the leading international brand. Experience in the advertising and agency field is a must.

What You Are Going To Do: 

  • Take full responsibility and ownership of the account design, marketing projects and manage end-to-end project delivery.
  • Delegate tasks for the in-house team (junior project managers and designers) and third parties.
  • Be an account team lead.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project team members.
  • Run frame project budget, timeline & deadlines.
  • Apply design thinking principles to the project process.
  • Conduct strategic & tactical project planning.
  • Communicate & build a relationship with the client.
  • Solve complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Deliver quality results even if sometimes the deadlines are tight.

  • Proven track record of working as an account manager for at least 3-4+ years.
  • Experience in the advertising and agency field.
  • Understanding of design, branding project processes.
  • Ability to plan, organize, communicate, and execute.
  • Team management skills.
  • Comfortable with long-term planning and prioritization.
  • Creativity and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and polished presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Lithuanian languages.
