At the moment the company is in search of an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Swecon Baltic team in Vilnius, Riga of Tallinn office. The person key responsibility will be to ensure systems’ implementation in line with business needs, budget and deadlines and support for users – training and consultation, cooperation with project stakeholders and business partners.

Description

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Monitor, track and lead projects on deliverables and progress; on-time, within scope and within budgeted resources
  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
  • Evaluate and assess result of project, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Perform risk evaluation to minimize project risks
  • Stakeholders’ consultancy on company’s running ERP systems
  • Support and lead the project team
  • Define tasks’ and distribute the resources

IT structure and support

  • Budget and follow up projects, investments and operations
  • Establish procedures and guidelines for IT-access and user management
  • Establish and main a Change management structure for changes related to business systems and related systems applications
  • Establish and maintain a Software and hardware release and exchange plan

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in ERP or other BMS (business management systems) software solution implementation
  • Understanding of projects structure, lifecycle, management methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and written
  • The ability to analyze data, to perform budgeting tasks and calculations
  • Knowledge in project and team management:
    • Project management tools and techniques
    • Communication channels management
    • Issues and conflicts resolution
    • Negotiation and politically sensitive
  • Good technical skills understanding configuration management patterns
  • Consultative, technical and problem-solving approach and experience
  • English professional proficiency
  • Good Russian speaking/understanding would be advantage
  • Valid driving license
