The opportunity:
We are currently recruiting an RPA developer to join our team. We are starting to grow RPA competences within the company, so we promise not only interesting processes for robotization, but also the opportunity to shape the RPA role within the company. You will also have an RPA Analyst as you colleague to work with stakeholders and identify business processes that need automation.
What will your working day look like?
- You will develop and test robotic process automation solutions.
- Maintain existing robotic processes and ensure their quality performance.
- Understand business processes and propose the most appropriate technical solutions to improve their efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation of solutions and present them to non-technical colleagues.
- Propose and implement solutions for improving the organisation of work and innovation in the field of RPA.

- Higher education.
- Over 2 years of experience in RPA Developer role. Experience in business analytics or not RPA related programming would be an advantage.
- Experience with UiPath is a must. Experience with other RPA tools would be an advantage.
- Very good analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation.
- Knowledge of Lean, Agile, process maps, analytical methodologies or the motivation and commitment to acquire the necessary knowledge.
- Your working language will be Lithuanian, but we also expect you to have very good knowledge of English.
