{"id":12283,"date":"2024-04-17T12:29:03","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T10:29:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.indigroup.lt\/darbo-pasiulymai\/chief-technology-officer-cto\/"},"modified":"2026-03-05T19:11:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T17:11:16","slug":"chief-technology-officer-cto","status":"publish","type":"darbo-pasiulymai","link":"https:\/\/www.indigroup.lt\/en\/darbo-pasiulymai\/chief-technology-officer-cto\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief Technology Officer (CTO)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><strong>As a Chief Technology Officer you will:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a part of Big3 IT managers team (Chief Technology Officer, CISO and Head of Engineering) to develop technical aspects of the company\u2019s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals<\/li>\n<li>Development of IT infrastructure (hardware and software)<\/li>\n<li>Help optimize all departments using software solutions and assist with data gathering, statistics and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program, including policies, procedures, and controls<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities and risks for the business<\/li>\n<li>Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the recruitment, retention and talent acquisition efforts of the company. Build relationships with vendors, communities and customers<\/li>\n<li>Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Implement and maintain relevant policies, for example privacy policy and GDPR policy<\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance<\/li>\n<li>Communicate technology strategy to the CEO, COO and regional Management teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience 7+ years as CTO or CIO, preferably with experience in international company or group of companies devoted to Technological B2C or B2B solutions or services<\/li>\n<li>BSc\/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
