Our engineering team consists of a CTO, a Back-End Developer, a Front-End Developer, a DevOps Engineer, Data Scientists, Snowflake Cloud Engineers, and a UI Designer.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll collaborate closely with the engineering team, contribute to architecture decisions, and take ownership of solutions from concept and architecture through development, deployment, and monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>We actively embrace modern AI-assisted development workflows and tools, including Claude Code, as part of our daily engineering practices. We believe AI is most powerful in the hands of strong engineers with solid technical foundations, architectural thinking, and sound engineering judgment. We value developers who can clearly define problems, build meaningful technical context, critically evaluate AI-generated solutions, and use modern tools to deliver high-quality software more effectively.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who is passionate about technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, is curious about new ways of working, and is motivated to build products that truly make an impact.<\/p>\n<h4>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and services using C# and .NET.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in architecture discussions and make meaningful contributions to technical decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with front-end, data, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration across the platform.<\/li>\n<li>Take end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle \u2014 from requirements and solution design to deployment and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Use modern AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, to improve productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly formulate technical tasks, requirements, and implementation context to support effective collaboration with both people and AI-assisted tools.<\/li>\n<li>Critically evaluate implementation approaches, including AI-generated suggestions, to ensure they meet our standards for architecture, maintainability, performance, and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve the codebase, architecture, and development processes.<\/li>\n<li>Explore and adopt modern frameworks, tools, and practices that strengthen platform quality and team efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Keep documentation up to date for all technical solutions and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality is at the heart of everything you do \u2014 through testing, code reviews, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the team to further develop our collaboration with BouMatic Robotics, including integrations with milking robots and related systems.<\/li>\n<li>Keep our customers as the number one priority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Our General Tech Stack:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Languages &amp; Frameworks: C# (.NET 9\u201310), Python.<\/li>\n<li>Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server.<\/li>\n<li>Cloud &amp; Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, Azure IoT Edge, Snowflake Data Cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Front-End: React \u2014 we have a dedicated Front-End Developer.<\/li>\n<li>CI\/CD &amp;
