{"id":13952,"date":"2026-04-01T10:10:39","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T08:10:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.indigroup.lt\/?post_type=darbo-pasiulymai&#038;p=13952"},"modified":"2026-07-13T15:19:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T13:19:08","slug":"net-eur","status":"publish","type":"darbo-pasiulymai","link":"https:\/\/www.indigroup.lt\/en\/darbo-pasiulymai\/net-eur\/","title":{"rendered":".NET Software Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Intro:<\/strong> we are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and evolution of large-scale POS and loyalty systems used in pharmacy retail operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The challenge:<\/strong><br \/>\nIn this role, you will work on maintaining and improving existing systems, implementing new functionality, and refactoring legacy components to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The team:<\/strong> you\u2019ll join the team of: .NET Engineers, Staff Engineer, Quality Engineer, Product Owners and Business Analysts. You&#8217;ll work closely with every one of them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain large-scale POS and loyalty systems used daily in hundreds of pharmacy locations.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate with national e-health (ESPBI) and health insurance (TLK) systems.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in designing the new modular POS architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Work across 15+ interconnected services \u2014 POS, loyalty, e-shop, scheduled jobs, monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Refactor and optimize existing solutions to improve performance and maintainability.<\/li>\n<li>Implement new features and enhancements across backend services and desktop application components.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate internal and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to code quality through code reviews, testing, and development best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of programming experience with C# .NET and .NET Core.<\/li>\n<li>Independently delivers features end-to-end \u2014 design, implementation, testing, rollout \u2014 without constant supervision (Delivers Independently).<\/li>\n<li>Strong OOP skills and knowledge of modern principles (SOLID, DRY); able to apply and explain them (Delivers Independently).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.<\/li>\n<li>Unit and Integration testing \u2014 covering happy paths and edge cases (Delivers Independently).<\/li>\n<li>Identifies ambiguities and raises risks before starting work (Owns Feature).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with GIT (branching, PRs, code reviews).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with JIRA.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Good English and Lithuanian language skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience developing WPF applications using the MVVM pattern.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with web frontend development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Agile\/Scrum methodologies and participation in meetings (Clarifies &amp; Contributes).<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of CI\/CD processes.<\/li>\n<li>Seeks domain knowledge \u2014 able to connect technical tasks with user value (Understands Direction).<\/li>\n<li>Proactively shares findings with the team and seeks specific feedback (Grows Independently).<\/li>\n<li>Experience or interest in POS systems \u2014 an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefit package, including private health insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, additional leave days, travel insurance, free parking, and financial support in case of unfortunate events<\/li>\n<li>Training budget for ongoing professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within the Company and the Group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A salary of 3,500\u20135,500 EUR or more (gross)<\/strong>, depending on your experience and competencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","miestas":[47,44],"sritis":[45],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
