This role offers the opportunity to work on complex ERP projects and contribute to improving system reliability, scalability, and maintainability. The BC\/NAV team is moving toward a product engineering model\u2014engineers owning the features they build, understanding the business context, and testing their own code. You&#8217;ll have a unique opportunity to become part of this transition and grow your level of ownership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your future team<\/strong> consists of NAV\/ BC developers, QA, product owner and product specialists. Teams are arranged per products and domain areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV \/ Business Central solutions using C\/AL and AL.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to international ERP projects, implementing system improvements and new functionality.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in version upgrades and modernization initiatives for existing NAV \/ Business Central environments.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement integrations between ERP and other systems using XML, REST APIs, and Web Services.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile development environment.<\/li>\n<li>Improve system stability, maintainability, and performance through refactoring and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV \/ Business Central (C\/AL, AL).<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Web Services and system integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English and Lithuanian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with LS Retail.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of .NET.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ERP system upgrades or migrations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefit package, including private health insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, additional leave days, travel insurance, free parking, and financial support in case of unfortunate events.<\/li>\n<li>Training budget for ongoing professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within the Company and the Group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A salary of 3,300\u20136,000 EUR or more (gross)<\/strong>, depending on your competencies and experience, we are open to discussing a higher salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","miestas":[47,44],"sritis":[45],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
