{"id":14218,"date":"2026-07-14T09:55:14","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T07:55:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.indigroup.lt\/?post_type=darbo-pasiulymai&#038;p=14218"},"modified":"2026-09-26T17:48:50","modified_gmt":"2026-09-26T15:48:50","slug":"em-tl-net","status":"publish","type":"darbo-pasiulymai","link":"https:\/\/www.indigroup.lt\/en\/darbo-pasiulymai\/em-tl-net\/","title":{"rendered":"Engineering Manager \/ Team Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an\u00a0<strong>Engineering Manager \/ Team Lead<\/strong>\u00a0to lead a team building and maintaining our large-scale Point of Sale (POS) platform for pharmacies in Baltics.<\/p>\n<p>You will drive delivery and technical excellence across a mixed ecosystem: .NET\/.NET Core services and a wide range of integrations (SOAP\/REST) while leading engineers, aligning with stakeholders, and continuously modernizing a mission-critical domain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team delivering features and improvements for POS, balancing new development with system stability.<\/li>\n<li>Own and drive the technical roadmap: refactoring, performance optimization, tech debt reduction, and modernization initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and uphold engineering practices: architecture principles, ensuring the team conducts code reviews, follows the testing strategy, and maintains high standards of maintainability.<\/li>\n<li>Grow the team through mentoring, ensuring the team practices pair programming, and facilitating structured knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular 1-on-1s, and support engineers\u2019 growth and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate needs into executable plans, manage expectations, and communicate trade-offs.<\/li>\n<li>Improve delivery flow and operational readiness (release discipline, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for a colleague who has:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management \/ team lead roles.<\/li>\n<li>Either strong experience with C# .NET \/ .NET Core, or strong expertise in other languages (Java, Python, Go, PHP, etc.) with a willingness to understand .NET \u2013 both are equally valued.<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating teams responsible for SOAP and REST integrations, ensuring effective integration architecture, cross-team collaboration, and reliable operation of integration-heavy systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience overseeing teams working with relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL or other RDBMS technologies, ensuring appropriate approaches to troubleshooting, performance, and operational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of unit testing and test automation, and the ability to raise the quality bar through practices and tooling.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and ownership of outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>It would be an advantage if you have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with or modernizing retail\/POS systems (incl. hardware\/peripheral integrations).<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of Agile\/Scrum ways of working and facilitating healthy team rituals.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD practices and improving deployment\/release reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to grow and develop both within and outside your role \u2013 it\u2019s up to you to make the most of it.<\/li>\n<li>Benefit package, including private health insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, additional leave days, travel insurance, free parking, and financial support in case of unfortunate events.<\/li>\n<li>Training budget for ongoing professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within the Company and the Group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A salary of 5,500\u20137,700 EUR or more (gross)<\/strong>, depending on your competencies and experience, we are open to discussing a higher salary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","miestas":[47,44],"sritis":[45],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
