This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand from its foundation\u2014from strategy and positioning to product launches, marketing campaigns, retail execution, and long-term growth.<\/p>\n<h5>What you&#8217;ll do<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute the brand strategy and go-to-market plan.<\/li>\n<li>Define the brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and communication guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Lead new product launches, ensuring flawless execution across all channels.<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, influencers, retail, events, and trade marketing).<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with product development, regulatory, sales, creative agencies, and distribution partners.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and marketing investments.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and commercial results, continuously optimizing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with retailers, key opinion leaders, and beauty professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Become the internal brand ambassador, inspiring teams around a shared vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>What we&#8217;re looking for<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience as brand manager or head of brand development, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or premium consumer brands.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience launching new products or building brands.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of b2b and consumer marketing, digital media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with a commercial mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing agencies and cross-functional projects.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>You&#8217;ll thrive in this role if you are<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about beauty, skincare, and consumer trends.<\/li>\n<li>Creative enough to build compelling brand stories, yet analytical enough to measure results.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable making decisions in an evolving environment.<\/li>\n<li>Curious, ambitious, and excited by the challenge of building something new.<\/li>\n<li>A natural collaborator who enjoys working across cultures and markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>What we offer<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>A unique opportunity to launch and grow a new international cosmetics brand.<\/li>\n<li>High level of ownership and autonomy.<\/li>\n<li>International exposure across multiple European markets.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, entrepreneurial team where ideas move quickly into action.<\/li>\n<li>Professional development opportunities and continuous learning.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible hybrid working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Salary: 2900-4000 EUR gross.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","miestas":[47,61],"sritis":[49,57],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
