In this role, you will help modernize existing systems, replace legacy integrations, and contribute to building scalable solutions that support pharmacy retail operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exciting projects ahead: <\/strong>you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to work on R&amp;D initiatives, including researching and building an API gateway to establish standardized ways to exchange data between systems \u2014 helping shape the future architecture of our platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The team:<\/strong> the entire EUROAPOTHECA IT team consists of 70 software and infrastructure professionals. You\u2019ll be joining a collaborative Python team of: developers, BI analysts, a team lead you\u2019ll report to, and yourself. This is a close-knit environment where teamwork, knowledge sharing, and mutual support are at the core of how we work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build Python-based solutions to support pharmacy retail processes.<\/li>\n<li>Replace legacy SQL stored procedure\u2013based integrations with Python services.<\/li>\n<li>Refactor existing solutions and reduce technical debt.<\/li>\n<li>Share Python knowledge with team members through pairing, code reviews, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Write tests, participate in code reviews, and improve overall code quality.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to CI\/CD pipelines and help improve development processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience as a Python Engineer.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience refactoring legacy code and modernizing existing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong mentoring skills \u2014 actively helping SQL developers learn Python through pairing and reviews.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>An interest in identifying and solving problems.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience working with SQL \/ T-SQL.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD and the ability to set up pipelines end-to-end.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced English and Lithuanian language skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Azure DevOps.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SSAS, SSIS, Power BI.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with API design or event-driven systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV \/ Business Central.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ETL processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefit package, including private health insurance, critical illness and accident coverage, additional leave days, travel insurance, free parking, and financial support in case of unfortunate events<\/li>\n<li>Training budget for ongoing professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within the Company and the Group.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A salary of 5,000\u20137,200 EUR or more (gross)<\/strong>, depending on your experience and competencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","miestas":[47,44],"sritis":[45],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
