Your main focus will be on AI process automation, AI-powered applications, assistants, and agents \u2014 turning real business needs into practical solutions that people use every day.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with LLMs, AI automation, Python, APIs, and modern AI technologies, and who is comfortable taking ownership from idea to production.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll also be involved in the technical environment that supports our AI solutions, including deployment, infrastructure, and self-hosted AI services. You don\u2019t need to be an infrastructure specialist, but you should be comfortable understanding and operating the systems needed to run AI solutions reliably in production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and build AI-powered tools, automations, and solutions for both internal teams and external customers.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve business workflows using AI.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and further develop existing AI assistants and agents used across our products and internal operations.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of AI initiatives already underway and develop them further.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy and operate LLM\/GenAI models in production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain RAG-based solutions and integrations with vector databases.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, APIs, and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate new AI technologies and identify where they can provide practical value to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure our AI solutions are stable, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient in day-to-day operation.<\/li>\n<li>Work with our existing on-premises and cloud AI environment, including AI models, inference services, GPU resources, and vector databases.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and maintain the services required to deploy and run AI solutions in production.<\/li>\n<li>Make pragmatic technology decisions, take ownership of implementation, and continuously improve the way we build and operate AI solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For (must-have):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\u20133+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI\/ML solutions or production software.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Python skills, including scripting, automation, API integrations, and building practical tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, or AI-powered internal tools.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI\/CD, Git, deployment workflows, and automation.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of systems and application security, including access control, network security, minimizing exposed services, and vulnerability assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience working with LLM\/GenAI models, using tools such as vLLM, Ollama, LM Studio, or similar solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Experience taking AI\/ML prototypes into reliable production systems.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of LLM-specific security risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, model\/API access control, and secure handling of sensitive data.<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Linux\/Unix environments.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and take ownership of the results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have (experience with any of the following will be an advantage):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Docker and Kubernetes.<\/li>\n<li>Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).<\/li>\n<li>Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.<\/li>\n<li>GPU infrastructure administration and optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Configuration management.<\/li>\n<li>Secrets management and secure credential storage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Recruitment Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We want to make our recruitment process efficient, transparent, and engaging.
