You will work alongside a Creative Strategist, a Product Owner, and other Media Buyers (Google &amp; Meta) to drive brand-specific acquisition strategies, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION<\/strong><br \/>\nWe\u2019re seeking a strategic, data-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to lead our growth efforts across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen and Performance Max. You aren&#8217;t just a &#8220;button pusher&#8221; &#8211; you are a growth architect who bridges the gap between technical media buying and high-level creative strategy.<\/p>\n<p>This role is about managing the entire user journey. You will work closely with our creative and CRO teams to build high-converting funnels &#8211; optimizing everything from the initial &#8220;hook&#8221; to the pre-sell page and final checkout. Your decisions will directly impact our ability to scale, and we actively encourage you to test bold angles and propose better ways to capture attention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the Google Ecosystem: Lead performance campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, and scaling across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and PMax.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content. You&#8217;ll iterate on &#8220;hooks,&#8221; angles, and formats to ensure our brands stand out in a crowded feed.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the Full Funnel: Work with CRO and funnel teams to improve advertorials, pre-sells, and landing pages to boost AOV and conversion rates.<\/li>\n<li>Execute Structured Testing: Build and run structured A\/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel steps to unlock new growth.<\/li>\n<li>Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and interpret key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, MER, LTV) to guide decisions, utilizing high-quality tracking via GA4 and GTM.<\/li>\n<li>Budget &amp; Pacing Management: Manage large monthly advertising budgets and campaign pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Master Audience Intelligence: Build advanced audience strategies utilizing custom segments, affinity, in-market, remarketing, and lookalikes.<\/li>\n<li>Stay Ahead of the Curve: Constantly monitor industry trends, new ad formats, and progressive e-commerce techniques to keep Cohypes at the forefront of digital advertising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE\u2019RE LOOKING FOR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of proven experience in media buying on Google Ads with a performance-oriented approach.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in managing large monthly advertising budgets and scaling spend while maintaining\/improving CPAs.<\/li>\n<li>Creative-First Mindset: Experience with creative testing frameworks and a comfort level in helping guide the creation of high-performing assets.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency: Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions, and custom event tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Ecommerce Fluency: Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, AOV, MER, LTV) and how they interact.<\/li>\n<li>Funnel Expertise: Experience working with advertorials, pre-sell pages, and understanding how to optimize the post-click experience.<\/li>\n<li>Platform Versatility: Strong working knowledge of YouTube advertising is a significant plus.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills:\u00a0Ability to interpret data to find audience opportunities and competitor trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SALARY &amp; SWEETENERS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Salary: \u20ac4,500\u2013\u20ac7,000\/month gross (or up to \u20ac8,000\/month gross for someone with perfectly matching experience)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Private health insurance for your well-being.<\/li>\n<li>Creative freedom and fast feedback loops \u2014 your ideas truly matter here.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid or remote work model.<\/li>\n<li>Beautiful office in Senatori\u0173 Pasa\u017eas, Vilnius Old Town \u2014 an inspiring place to work.<\/li>\n<li>Always-stocked fruits, healthy snacks &amp; best specialty coffee in the office.<\/li>\n<li>Annual training &amp; development budget to support your growth and education.<\/li>\n<li>Periodic teambuildings with a dedicated team budget.<\/li>\n<li>A friendly, supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed and thrive.<\/li>\n<li>Workation option (twice per year).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"template":"","miestas":[43,47,44],"sritis":[49],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.9.1 -
