The tasks cover the entire implementation process from design, development, and testing and require a strong commitment to hands-on development work and to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions and user-friendly functionality aligned with the business requirements and goals. Minimum 5 years of experience developing functionality in Model-driven apps using the tools of the Microsoft Power Platform stack and the capabilities to extend functionality through custom code.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your team:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Royal Unibrew CRM team consists of Product Owners (Functional Leads), Business Analysts (Senior Consultants), Power Platform Developers, a Technical Architect, a QA Engineer and the Head of CRM Systems. The Senior Power Platform Developer will report to the Head of CRM Systems Head of CRM Systems and work in close collaboration with the team members located in Lithuania, the Netherlands and Denmark.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Lithuanian IT office:<br \/>\n<\/strong>The Lithuanian IT team at Royal Unibrew currently consists of 16 specialists: IT support specialists, BI\/Data\/Analytics team members, and the MDM team. With the addition of CRM developer profiles, we expect the IT team in our Vilnius office to grow to more than 20 people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand business needs and operational processes to translate complex requirements into reliable, scalable and maintainable technical solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain server-side functionality using C#, Dataverse Plugins, Custom APIs and other platform extensibility capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Align technical design and architecture with the Technical Architect and Developers within the CRM team<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Technical Architect to design technical solutions, evaluate implementation approaches and ensure alignment with the overall CRM architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Functional Leads, Senior Consultants and Developers in refinement of new features<\/li>\n<li>Act as sparring for other Power Platform Developers in the team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high-quality technical delivery through test, code reviews, technical guidance, and adherence to development standards.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, ensuring knowledge is shared and documentation remains up to date.<\/li>\n<li>Support platform governance by promoting standardization, best practices, and scalable solution design<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and platform enhancements while minimizing disruption to business users.<\/li>\n<li>Support the CRM team members in questions regarding functionality and business logic<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team success by delivering assigned tasks on time and supporting colleagues to keep projects on schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and coordinate with developers and data engineers in other\u00a0 teams to align on features with dependencies across teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with app development using the Microsoft Power Platform tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in Power Platform Solutions, solution layering, managed and unmanaged solutions, and application lifecycle management (ALM) across development, test and multiple production environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in working with Dataverse configuration and role-based security (Tables, Relationships, Forms, Views, Security Roles).<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in creating and maintaining Power Automate flows.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in working with Model-driven apps and custom code to extend the platform capabilities and meet complex requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in developing with JavaScript, TypeScript.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in developing Dataverse Plugins, Custom APIs, Custom Actions and server-side business logic.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience with C# and .NET development, including object-oriented programming and writing maintainable, testable code.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Azure functions, SQL and API Management is an advantage but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Copilot Studio, Agents and Azure AI Foundry is an advantage but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Unit Testing is an advantage but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Success Looks Like:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering high-quality CRM functionality that supports business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver user friendly and intuitive features, that perform well on different devices.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver solutions that are well-designed to cater for ease of maintenance, future enhancements and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a high level of quality and continuous focus on improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Follow best practice and procedures defined within the CRM Team and the Group IT organization.<\/li>\n<li>Curious to explore new technology, quick to learn new tools and adopt new ways of working.<\/li>\n<li>Close collaboration and being in touch with the CRM team members on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Build close relationships with all CRM team members as well as the team in the tech hub of Vilnius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company offers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Royal Unibrew, we\u2019re not just about the bottom line \u2013 we\u2019re about people.
