It is true that when this is rare, the scenario is not always as good as one would like.\u00a0Job interview &#8220;require&#8221; a certain structure to be followed, so that&#8217;s what this article is about.<\/p>\n<h4>Structuring a job interview<\/h4>\n<p>A job interview, according to the needs of the employer, can be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Structured.<\/li>\n<li>Semi-structured.<\/li>\n<li>Unstructured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A fully structured interview usually has a very strict plan that is followed. It helps to anticipate the good and bad qualities of each candidate. This type of interview can already be carried out over the phone, as no verbal language is required and no strict plan is necessary. The questions in the job interview are acceptable to the employer. Although the answers are usually not very detailed, as the plan is more or less followed, the employer may receive questions when it is not their time.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, unstructured interviews are usually conducted. The questions in the job interview are usually loose, arising at a specific minute, and finally, open-ended. It is encouraging that such interviews are usually not timed. Such interviews are nowadays very often carried out by companies presenting themselves as innovative. They then start by introducing themselves, but also by focusing on the employer&#8217;s own talk about his company.<\/p>\n<h4>Evaluation of the criteria<\/h4>\n<p>Of course, mistakes are inevitable during interviews. They are usually fewer in cases where special tests are taken and the candidate can then be taken to the second stage.<\/p>\n<p>What are the qualities that need to be assessed when choosing a candidate?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work performance, of course. Talk not only about professional achievements, but also about jobs that may not be relevant to the position.<\/li>\n<li>Also education. Although it is less and less important, it is certainly important.<\/li>\n<li>What achievements the candidate can boast. Of course, this will be listed on the CV, but you can also ask separately.<\/li>\n<li>A person&#8217;s personal interests are also assessed. After all, this is a person who will have to be part of your team.<\/li>\n<li>And also the motives for the job.<\/li>\n<li>Dress is also usually important for etiquette.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To make the first stage go smoothly, it is best to give each candidate a certain number of points, and at the same time to note down the reasons why they have been given such a score.
