Regional Key Account Manager (Clothing)

Our client is an international company JBS Textile Group, which is Scandinavia’s largest supplier of underwear. Company is currently managing a portfolio of 16 well known underwear brands: JBS, Resteröds, Mads Christensen, CR7, Dovre, Egtved, Caroline Fleming, ProActive, Sparta, Claudio, Symfoni, Olympia, Marathon, Decoy, Laze.

In March 2019 JBS Textile Group took over activities in Sparta. Sparta is a well-renowned manufacturer of socks in Vilnius, Lithuania. With its many years of know-how and competences in both production and sales, Sparta contributes JBS Textile Group positively with its extensive experience in the Eastern European market. The Sparta brand in Lithuania currently includes socks, but in future the collection will also be extended to underwear and other related articles.

JBS Textile Group is currently managing 2 production plants in Lithuania: VIP and Sparta. With almost than 240 employees on-board JBS Textile Group is looking for a new team member capable of taking on the role of and International Sales Manager of the whole product line of JBS Textile Group. The role will be responsible for JBS Textile Group products’ introduction into clothing retail chains in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and Poland.

JBS Textile Group has a portfolio of 16 clothing brands and manages production units in 5 countries: Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and China.

Darbo pobūdis

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful sale, distribution, and retail execution of JBS Textile Group’s entire portfolio of products and related programs resulting in the overall volume growth of the accounts within the assigned territory and/or assigned chain stores.

  • JBS Textile Group product portfolio introduction into retail chains within the region.
  • Pricing submission to all chain accounts in the region (multi-brand retail chains, e-commerce, clothing boutiques)
  • Develop and execute market specific promotions (distribution, displays and new products) for chain accounts.
  • Conduct meetings with chain buying managers to improve product knowledge and sales execution.
  • Monitor execution of sales promotion campaigns and pricing; taking corrective action where required.
  • Conduct regular business review with chain buying and marketing managers to evaluate sales results.
  • Effectively plan and execute new product launches and in-store activities focusing on retail results.
  • Schedule and execute additional in-store events.
  • Manage the implementation of shelf schematics and merchandising of products according to company brand standards.
  • Monitor, anticipate, report and respond to competitive activity of clothing sector in the region.
  • Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis or when required.
  • Organize and execute floor displays and placement of window signs and banners at all accounts.

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a Business or Marketing related field preferred.
  • Rich experience of collaborative working environment with large business clients in key account, sales manager or similar role.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in EN.
  • Superior organization skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to measure and analyze KPIs that are related to the role
  • Experience of cultivating strong relationships with large range of business accounts.
  • Strong selling and influential skills

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in clothing related business area.
  • Knowledge of retail metrics: Gross Profit, Net profit, GMROI, Sales per Category ant etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of sales and distribution in retail Key Accounts.
  • RU language skills.
