TIA Technology R&D team, which you would be part of, consists of 70 team members at TIA Technology office in Denmark and Lithuania (approximately, half in each).

Darbo pobūdis
We have an open position for software development engineer who will be part of Scrum teams and will be developing software based on customer requirements using Oracle PL/SQL technology. You will be coding new features and modules using best practices and standards, as well will be reviewing code produced by your peers. Together with the Product Owner and other colleague’s you will ensure that produced software is well designed and coded, as well released in a predictable way and with the right quality.
Your work assignments
- Participate in design meetings and discussion with Product Owners, software development and test engineers
- Develop new features and contribute to expanding the standard TIA functionality
- Contribute to maintaining and adjusting the existing solution
- Carry out code inspection of our peers
- Participate in daily SCRUM meetings and processes
- Contribute to team documentation and artifacts
- Contribute to best practices and Engineering Excellence within development
- Possibility to learn and contribute to development with Java, ADF, REST, SOAP technologies

Reikalavimai
- A Master or Bachelor of Science in Computer/Software Engineering degree, or similar higher education
- Have two or more years working experience as software developer
- Experienced in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Experience working with agile methodologies in SCRUM teams or similar would be advantage
- Experience working with TIA or other insurance applications would be advantage
- Good collaboration skills with colleagues across countries, cultures and languages
- Good English knowledge, spoken as well as in writing
