Position Overview
The Coordinator of International Relations ensures effective and productive cooperation between the Lithuanian Business College and its international academic and business partners. The role includes managing Erasmus+ and other international programs, preparing project applications, and supporting international mobility for students and staff. This position plays a key role in strengthening the College’s international visibility and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the College’s international relations and contribute to international development and marketing action plans
- Manage Erasmus+ and other international student and staff mobility programs
- Advise students and staff on international study, internship, and mobility opportunities
- Coordinate and supervise study and internship projects with foreign institutions and companies
- Maintain existing partnerships and actively seek new international cooperation opportunities
- Organise international events (e.g. Erasmus+ Staff Week, adaptation and integration activities)
- Prepare required documentation and reports; manage Erasmus+ information systems
- Prepare and submit applications for international projects (Erasmus+, and others)
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in higher education system
- Higher education degree, preferably in education management, administration, social sciences, or humanities
- Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian and EU higher education systems and study regulations
- Ability to plan and coordinate activities of small internal teams and external partners while meeting deadlines
- Systematic approach to educational service delivery and quality assurance
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Ability to work independently and solve academic, project management, and administrative issues
