As a Cyber Security Sales Engineer you will:
- Qualify and explore active leads delivered by the B2B sales team
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and services
- Develop relationships with key accounts and foster additional growth opportunities
- Provide product demos and carry on other presales activities
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with key account managers as engineers
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a technical sales engineer in a cyber security environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing engineer role
- Degree in IT engineering, Cyber Security, IT Business Administration or equivalent technical fields
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service with IT service management and digital transformation solutions
- Proven track record of technical sales, technical sales support in delivering b2b IT solutions
- Familiarity with Cyber Security particular directions are Mobile Device Management, Identity Management and
- Vulnerability Management solutions
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Security Vendor experience (MDM, IDM and VM)
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiating, and selling skills
- Ability to provide uncompromised customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
