Electrical Engineering Team Lead

In this position, you will:

• Lead a diverse and experienced team of 17 engineers and technicians
• Ensure a safe, high-quality, and efficient service process running daily operations and scheduled maintenance
• Be responsible for achieving departmental goals and fulfilling contractual obligations
• Use IBM Maximo® Application Suite to manage, plan and control maintenance, inspection and reliability of equipment and infrastructure in Vilnius facility
• Take active participation in projects such as:
  • • TT SteamBooster system at one of our mills, delivering 25% energy savings and reduced carbon emissions.
    • Advanced paper dust and waste collection system. Project budget ~ €300,000
    • Upgraded LED lighting system with automatic control via the DALI protocol. Project budget €130,000
    • Automated/ Laser Guided vehicles (A/LGV) and a conveyor system. Project budget €850,000
• Initiate electricity-related projects and organize their implementation, working closely with other departments to identify their needs
• Implement new solutions and actively seek ideas for improving operations

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience of leading a team of electrical, mechanical, or other technological fields
• Higher education in a technical field
• Experience working with facilities lifecycle management systems such as IBM Maximo® or similar
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Certificate for working with electrical installations up to 10 kV (advantage)
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle negotiations successfully
• Passion for innovation and willingness to learn and grow with the team
• Good knowledge of English
