Su kieno pagalba galima išvengti krizių organizacijoje?

Crisis management – How to avoid crises in your organisation?

In addition to periods of growth and stagnation, almost every organisation goes through a period of decline. This is a time when business comes to a standstill or even makes significant losses. These processes are often influenced by the company’s staff. How effective crisis management is depends on the employees and their motivation. In order to prevent such events, certain measures can be taken to help select applicants more responsibly and possibly avoid times of difficulty in the future. One such measure is the use of recruitment specialists.

Crisis management is a challenge to employees’ competence

A recruitment specialist working for a recruitment agency knows exactly where and how to look for candidates and, most importantly, how to select the most suitable employee for a particular company from a database of candidates. As practice shows, employee loyalty is crucial in companies. With long-term employees, business plans are developed much more quickly and smoothly, less time is spent on understanding tasks, and trust develops in the internal team environment. Constant employee turnover introduces volatility into the organisation, which is something that must be avoided in business. Recruiters are now highly valued around the world for their knowledge of the labour market and other competences that enable them to select the right people for their companies.

Today, a large number of recruiters are organising themselves into professional groups, giving their activities a legal status, in other words, becoming recruitment companies. These companies can offer a wide range of services to their clients: they assist in completing various documents, analyse the CVs of candidates for vacant positions, organise and conduct job interviews, anticipate labour market trends, define salaries and bring them all into line with the applicable legislation. Once an employer has contacted a recruiter, he or she will receive the advice and support necessary to find a good and reliable employee as quickly as possible.

Time is important

Some company managers are sometimes intimidated by the mark-ups charged by labour market specialists. This is not a low-cost area, but a large proportion of all cases pay for themselves sooner or later. If an employer decides to look for a worker himself, he will probably spend a lot of money on advertising, creating and distributing job advertisements, and spend a lot of time and effort organising job interviews. Hiring recruiters have predetermined assessment criteria and methods, which makes the process simpler. So you have to pay for fast service quality. It should only be seen as an investment for a successful business and a chance to find a reliable and talented employee.
