Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

As a sr. DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in developing reliable, scalable, and secure platform services, working closely with development teams and architects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Manage Kubernetes (k8s) clusters — setup, configuration, scaling, monitoring, and optimization.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based environments.
• Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices across the full software lifecycle.
• Ensure system security, reliability, observability, and high availability.
• Proactively improve infrastructure performance, automation, and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes (k8s).
• Strong knowledge of Terraform and IaC methodologies.
• Solid experience with AWS services and cloud architectures.
• Very good Linux system administration skills.
• Understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and modern deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience administering PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Golang and/or PHP.
• Familiarity with container security, observability tools, or service mesh technologies.
