We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and international expansion of rekvizitai.lt, the leading business data portal. The product is currently active in the Lithuanian and Polish markets. In the short term, the company aims to expand into the Slovenian market, followed by Estonia and Sweden, where Bonnier Group — a shareholder of Verslo Žinios — is actively operating.
You’ll be joining the rekvizitai.lt product team at Verslo žinios, made up of 3 data analysts, 3 dedicated software developers, tech lead, product owner, designer and CTO. We’re a product-driven team, focused on new feature development with minimal legacy maintenance, and excited about building meaningful tools for the business and its users.
Job description:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Drive product launches in different markets, manage release planning, and ensure clear communication.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with IT, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Track and improve key product metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to guide priorities and demonstrate impact.
- Become a subject matter expert – be the go-to person in your product area for Product and internal stakeholders.
- Understand the broader market, competitor landscape, and emerging trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Establish mechanisms for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Gather post-launch/post-release customer feedback and capture learnings to adapt the product.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management.
- Proven track record of shaping and shipping successful products or features at scale.
- Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Confident using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in developing and launching tactics which drives growth and engagement.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams, including distributed/international environments.
- Solid understanding of key website performance and discoverability concepts including SEO best practices,
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and user journey optimisation.
- Ability to appreciate the details, get under the hood and make decisions that unleash product engineering.
Nice to have:
- Background in tech, UX, or business analysis.
- Knowledge of agile development and lean product principles.
- Interest in data-driven decision making and experimentation (A/B testing, etc.).
- Experience managing digital products on a global scale.
- Experience in working in multidisciplinary product teams (IT, data, design and etc.)
