Our hiring process:
We aim to engage candidates in a way that makes the process interesting and meaningful for them — helping them grow while also allowing us to improve.
We start with an Intro call on Teams, during which we get to know each other and complete a short task together . Then we invite you to visit our office in person. If everything goes well, we make an offer to join us. We’ve noticed that doing a task together live is much more engaging for candidates than homework assignments, so we believe you’ll enjoy our process, which consists of only 2 interviews.

For development: React/ MAUI +.NET 9.0 + PostgreSQL, SOLID, Design Patterns.
For legacy support: Winforms/ MVC + .NET Framework 4.5 + MSSQL.
Soft Skills: Ownership, Innovative, Positive attitude, Respect.
Our environment:
Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD, Automated Tests, Visual Studio, Windows, ScrumBan -> Scrum (going towards)
Useful skills (just if you have interest in these technologies):
C++, Sybase, SQLite, Embedded development
