System Analyst

    Currently, we are looking for a Systems Analyst to join two product teams:

    • A forestry system being developed from scratch in collaboration with colleagues in Poland.
    • The ongoing development of the e-Culture product.

    Both teams consist of developers, a systems architect, QA specialists, project managers, product owners, and fellow analysts. Each team has 8–10 dedicated professionals.

    What will you be doing in this role?

    • Participate in system implementation, development, and support projects for the public sector.
    • Communicate with clients, analyze their needs for system development and/or system integration, gather requirements, and communicate with stakeholders.
    • Prepare requirement specification documents, interface process diagrams, process visualizations, and technical documentation.
    • Plan and define development task priorities, organize the work of the development team.
    • Prepare solutions and technical tasks for developers, and oversee their implementation process.
    • Conduct testing and documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.

    Requirements:

    • You have a university degree or equivalent (or are currently pursuing a Master’s degree with relevant work experience).
    • You have proven experience as a systems analyst in well-organized teams alongside developers, testers, project managers, etc.
    • You enjoy analyzing and designing large-scale, important systems.
      You have strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to gather, analyze, structure, and summarize information.
    • You enjoy working in a team and communicating with clients.
    • You are capable of organizing and planning your work and making decisions related to your responsibilities.
    • You are results-oriented.
    • You are proactive, self-sufficient, responsible, and have a strong ability to learn independently.
    • You have excellent English skills.

    Beneficial Skills:

    • Practical experience working with UML and Agile methodologies would be an advantage.
    • Knowledge of forestry would be a strong advantage.
    • Experience working in an international team.
